Real Ales at the Frog and Rosbif
- Ale Of Two Cities is a classic bitter (3.6 abv) with a pleasant hops
aroma, a perfect session beer.
- In-Seine (4.2 abv) is served cold. It is gassier, with less perceived
bitterness but still good aroma. Even though the weather was canicular
when I tasted it, it did not measure up to its two companions.
- Paris-lytic (5.2 abv) is a special bitter, deep amber, with beautiful
maltiness and hops aroma, and a noticeable bitterness.
- Dark de Triomphe, a stout that we haven't tried yet.
There is also a lager:
- Frog Natural Blonde. This is presumably not cask-conditionned.
